good stay with minor improvements needed

The front desk staff made check-in a breeze with their friendly demeanor. The convenience to nearby dining options was a great plus for our stay. The design of the bathroom, particularly the shower layout, was impressive and very user-friendly.

The overall experience was pleasant, but the room could use better soundproofing.

This was just an ideal choice for a brief pause in Pomona with great value. The broken coffee maker had us venturing out to Starbucks, but it was a nice walk. Consider checking if the amenities are working upon arrival.

Enjoyed a night in a spacious King Room, where the staff went above and beyond. The cleaning crew was prompt and diligent. Just a tip, be sure to bring a corkscrew if you plan on enjoying a bottle of wine at the bar. Recommendations for dinner were excellent too!

The spacious room was perfect for my solo trip, and I loved starting my mornings with a delicious breakfast spread. I also enjoyed lounging by the beautiful outdoor pool and taking advantage of the relaxing sun loungers. The only hiccup was the coffee maker in my room didn’t work, but honestly, everything else was great! ☕️

the front of house staff were wonderful and really made our stay special. the queen room with two queen beds was nice and clean, and we loved the fitness center, which was well-equipped. the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around.
